Hideout in this second floor guest house and admire spectacular desert views from dawn to dusk on a private patio. Escape to the country in this Western-themed suite featuring a private kitchen, en suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor gas fireplace. Kitchen includes stove, fridge and kitchen basics to make getting out of Dodge easy.

Relax and recharge in our cozy 2 person casita on the first floor. Enjoy the sunrise over Four Peaks and snug up after sundown in a king size 4 poster bed. Our western themed guest house is your own getaway with amenities to comfort the soul. Full size stove and mid size refrigerator. Large jacuzzi tub to wind down.
Property Layout
M Ranch is 5 acres total with 3 houses. The Casita is located on the top left hand side on it's own. The Hideout is located on the right hand side on top of the garage. Our residence is in the middle. None has adjoining walls. As we are full time hosts, when our guest are here we allow you the utmost privacy and keep our shades down - there is also a hedge around most of the pool and spa. We are always available for assistance.

Pool Area
The pool area features 6 foot deep pool with waterfall and spa. Under the waterfall is a seat to swim to and cool off. There are 6 pool lounge chairs and a collection of pool loungers to float in the pool.
Location
Far North East Scottsdale in the Rio Verde Foothills community nestled up to the Tonto Forest. M Ranch is in a rural location 1.5 miles from pavement to property. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to all amenities from the ranch. Even if you grew up in the Valley you may have never heard of this area ( I hadn't until I visited my mother in law here ) It's always 10 degrees cooler and on the fringe of the city.

Catering
Partnering with Hobnob catering your meals are specially prepared and delivered for your stay by Chef Alice. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has honed her craft owning her own restaurant for 5 years. She now provides her 5 Star culinary prowess for events in the Valley.
